H & S Cheese is the dairy products department within the Laurel, Maryland Dutch Farmers Market.  We specialize in offering a wide variety of dairy products guaranteed to be free from rBST (growth hormones) an injected product that increases the production in cows.  The Department of Agriculture estimates that this product is used in 15 to 20 percent of the cows in the United States.
